"I need an engaging, modern informational website that clearly presents my client’s company information and services. The site will contain three core sections—About Us, Services Offered, and Contact Information—and should be easy for non-technical staff to update.

Scope
• Plan & mock-ups: Provide wireframes and a polished visual prototype to confirm layout, colours, and typography before coding begins.
• Build: Develop a responsive, cross-browser site (WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom stack—use whichever you’re fastest with) that loads quickly and follows current accessibility and SEO best practices.
• Content integration: Populate the approved pages with placeholder text and images so I can swap in final copy later.
• Contact features: Add a secure contact form routed to an email address we will supply, plus a clickable phone link and Google-mapped location.
• Handover: Deliver all source files, a brief user guide on updating text and images, and 30 days of post-launch bug support.
