"I’m building a focused internship management web app where the intern is the star user. The single most important component is a clear, motivating dashboard that shows each intern exactly how they are progressing through the programme—tasks completed, milestones unlocked, skills gained and anything still pending.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• A secure login and role-based setup so every intern lands on their personal dashboard while an admin or mentor can still review global data.
• The progress-tracking dashboard itself: visual percentage bars, task lists that can be ticked off, simple feedback notes from mentors and an at-a-glance timeline of remaining goals.
• A clean, responsive interface built with modern front-end tech (React, Vue or similar) and a RESTful back-end (Node, Django, Laravel—your call) hooked to a relational database.
• Deployment instructions plus concise setup documentation so I can host it on a standard cloud service.

I’m keeping scope tight for now—no application intake or mentor assignment flows yet—so you can concentrate on making the dashboard an engaging daily destination for interns. All code should live in a private Git repo with clear commits and a brief read-me, and I’ll sign off once I can log in, create a sample cohort and watch the progress bars move as tasks are marked complete."
