"I need a single, tightly-integrated ERP and POS platform tailored to a retail environment. On the back-office side it must handle inventory management in real time, generate clear sales reports I can filter by date, product or location, and maintain a central customer database with purchase history and contact details.

At the checkout counter the POS should process multiple payment types smoothly (cards, cash, mobile wallets), read standard barcodes instantly, and reward shoppers through a configurable loyalty program that ties back to the ERP’s customer records. Data has to sync automatically between the shop floor and the admin dashboard so stock levels and analytic reports are always up to date.

I’m open to the tech stack you recommend—whether that’s a web-based solution with React + Node, a desktop build in .NET, or something else—so long as it is stable, user-friendly, and easy to maintain. Hardware integration for receipt printers and cash drawers is essential, and offline mode with queued syncing would be a plus.
