"Our current system includes a single payment function that is integrated with Stripe. We now need to transition this from one-time payments to a monthly subscription model.

This change may require adjustments to our existing Stripe setup (we can handle the Stripe-side configuration if needed). The new subscription system should include:

The ability for users to cancel, upgrade, and downgrade their subscriptions directly from their logged-in area.

An admin panel with full subscription management capabilities.

In addition, we need to enable integration with Google and Microsoft email contacts. There may be APIs available to support this.

When a contact is added to a user’s email platform, it should automatically be uploaded to the CRM. The CRM should also include a mechanism that allows users to connect their email platform (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365/Outlook) to the CRM and sync contacts automatically.
