We are TopPicks, a company operating in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, offering holiday-home furniture solutions and property-management services for short- and mid-term rentals.

We’re looking for a creative web designer & developer (or team) who can design and build a modern, high-end website that reflects the luxury, trust, and professionalism of our brand. The website should highlight both sides of our business — furnishing services for holiday homes and property management — while maintaining a smooth, elegant user experience for guests, landlords, and investors.

Core Objectives:

Design and develop a visually stunning, mobile-responsive website with a premium hospitality aesthetic.

Integrate bilingual support (Arabic & English) with proper right-to-left (RTL) layout.

Build a strong homepage visual identity: large images, short headlines, and modern typography.

Showcase our services, portfolio, and featured properties with clean design and fast navigation.

Integrate a contact/inquiry form and basic booking or consultation feature (optional).

Deliver a fast, SEO-friendly website that reflects professionalism and regional style.

Home Page – Hero image/video banner, brand message, and key services.

About Us – Who we are, our vision, and markets (KSA, UAE, Jordan).
