The page’s sole goal is to convert visitors who want to find a roommate, so every element—from copy to UI—should drive them toward creating a profile and starting a match.

Design & tone
• Bold and colorful visuals that feel energetic and inclusive, avoiding a corporate look.
• Clean, modern typography and plenty of white space so the bright palette never feels overwhelming.
• Mobile-first layout with smooth micro-interactions.

Core experience
The visitor lands on a dynamic hero section, enters basic details in an inline search bar, and immediately sees potential roommate matches. A lightweight sign-up gate follows to capture leads and unlock messaging.

Key features to build
- Search functionality with filters (budget range, location, lifestyle tags).
- Registration flow (email, Google, or Apple).
- Matching system that pairs users on compatibility metrics we’ll provide.
- Direct messaging so matched users can chat without leaving the site.

Tech & hand-off
Webflow is perfectly acceptable—I’ll provide access—but I’m open to any stack you propose (React, [login to view URL], Gatsby, etc.) as long as:

Acceptance criteria

2. All features above function on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, desktop and mobile.
