"I need a lightweight tool that checks personalised NSW car-plate names in bulk and tells me which ones are free. The flow is simple:

• I paste or upload a list that could easily exceed 300 words.
• The tool queries the official NSW MyPlates / Service NSW endpoint (or another reliable source you identify) for each word.
• For every name the registry flags as taken, Ignore the result
• If the names are free, simply mark it as available in green text clearly listed. no alternate suggestions or extra options required.

Speed and stability are more important than a pretty interface. A small web page, command-line script, or desktop utility is fine as long as setup is straightforward. I’m happy with Python (asyncio, requests, aiohttp, Selenium if needed), Node.js, or another language you can justify.

Please deliver:
1. The working code.
2. A brief README covering prerequisites, how to run the checker, and how to change any hard-coded limits or endpoints.
3. Instructions for adding or swapping proxy / rate-limit handling if the official site restricts requests.
