"I need the Tenna asset data stream pulled into Power BI and shaped to daily rows per asset. The goal is a clean weekly report that shows daily utilisation, seven day trends, and simple KPIs. Tracking and maintenance fields are out of scope.

Deliverables

Power Query connects to Tenna, authenticates with credentials I will provide, pulls the utilisation fields only, and lands the data in a Power BI dataset.

Data is shaped to one row per asset per day with a proper Date column.

A report page shows
• Daily utilisation by asset and by weekday
• Seven day trend for each asset
• Top level KPIs.

The dataset refreshes automatically once per week. I prefer a Sunday evening pull Pacific time so the report covers the prior Monday through Friday. Early Monday is also fine.

A light supervisor form lets a user pick one or more assets and a week, submit, and see the report filtered to those selections. This can be a small web page, a Power Apps screen, or similar that passes filters to the embedded report.

Acceptance
• Scheduled refresh runs with no manual steps.
• After each refresh the report shows correct daily utilisation for each asset.
• The supervisor form filters the report as intended.

If you can make the report look like the attached and seperated by job number is the best result.

Must have skills
REST APIs, Power Query M, DAX, Power BI Service. Experience with simple filter UIs that call the Power BI JavaScript Embed or Power Apps is a plus." (client-provided description)
