Scope
• Recreate my provided design in WordPress, keeping all spacing, fonts, and colours exact.
• Use Elementor for building the layout so I can edit sections later.
• Integrate property listings exactly where the mock-up shows them.
• Add a contact form powered by WPForms and route submissions to my chosen email.
• Ensure the page is responsive, loads quickly, and matches the desktop and mobile comps.

Acceptance
The delivered page should be:
