"I run Roti Jugaad, an app that connects employers with blue-collar job seekers. In the employer area the Employees Listing screen now pulls every profile in one hit, so the page stalls or never finishes loading. I need that replaced with true infinite scroll.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Implement an infinite-scroll data flow on the Employees Listing screen, fetching small batches as the user scrolls.
• Show a brief loading message while each new batch arrives so users know more results are coming.
• Keep the scroll position smooth and uninterrupted.
• Reuse the existing design and API wherever possible; I’m not asking for a full UI overhaul, just the pagination logic and its hooks.
• Hand off concise code comments or a short read-me so my in-house team can maintain the feature later.
