"I need a compact TDL module for Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) that focuses purely on ledger management, specifically automated ledger reconciliation. The routine should scan the selected ledgers, match corresponding debit-credit pairs on the basis of amount, date tolerance, and narration keywords, and then clear them off.

Key features I must see in the finished TDL:
• Automated matching of entries: the script should loop through all open items, pair them intelligently, and mark them as reconciled.
• Suspense transfer by narration: whenever the narration contains user-defined keywords (e.g., “bank charge”, “salary adv”), the entire entry moves from the Suspense ledger to the correct destination ledger, updating both sides automatically.

Acceptance will be based on:
– Zero manual intervention once the parameters are set.
– A clear on-screen or printed report that lists items reconciled and items left open.
– No impact on my existing masters, voucher types, or user rights.
