"I run a small courier service and I’m ready to replace my basic in-house tool with a more robust, user-friendly web platform.
My top priority is a clean interface that lets me organise every customer at a glance, automatically grouping them by location so I can plan pick-ups and drop-offs with a single click.

Core requirements
• Customer dashboard – sortable and searchable, automatically grouped by suburb/postcode.
• One-click status updates – as soon as a parcel is marked “picked up” or “delivered,” the system emails the customer with the appropriate template.
• Billing module – generate professional invoices and monthly statements, then email them directly from the platform.
• Simple reporting – export daily run sheets or CSV lists for accounting.
• Secure login – just one admin account for now, but built so I can add drivers later.
• Responsive design – must work smoothly on mobile, tablet and desktop.

Scope and collaboration
I can give you access to my current rudimentary system so you can study the workflow and data structure. From there, I’m expecting:
1. Wireframes / visual mock-ups for approval.
2. A functional prototype on a staging server.
3. Final deployment and a quick hand-over session so I know how to create email templates, edit invoice wording, and back up the database.

Tech stack is flexible; I’m comfortable with mainstream options such as React, Laravel, Django, or similar—as long as it’s easy to maintain on a standard hosting plan.
