Scope of work

• Mobile apps: Release native-quality apps for both iOS and Android, mirroring all storefront features and maintaining a shared code-base where practical for easier updates.
• Payments: Integrate Stripe as the primary gateway, handling one-time purchases, saved cards, refunds, and webhook-driven status updates.
• Conversational support: Add an AI-powered chatbot that answers common questions and automatically pushes WhatsApp notifications at key moments—order received, shipped, delivered, or delayed.
• Order tracking: Give customers a dedicated tracking module that pulls carrier data in near real time and displays clear milestones inside web and mobile views.
