"Hi! I need help finishing a GDPR + tracking setup on a Webflow site.

The goal is to have a GDPR-compliant cookie banner that shows to visitors in the EU/EEA/UK only and blocks Meta Pixel and GA before consent. If you’ve done this before, you can mostly reuse your existing setup and just plug in my IDs.

If you’ve already built a similar GDPR+Webflow setup before, please mention it — that’s exactly what I’m looking for. Also, please include a short proposed solution design (which CMP/approach, how you’ll handle geo, and how consent will unlock Pixel&GA). Will review proposals within 24 hours.

What needs to happen:
• Show the cookie banner only to EU/EEA/UK visitors only.
• For non-EU visitors: no banner, tracking loads immediately.
• After the user accepts: remember the choice, don’t show the banner again on the next visit.
• User must be able to withdraw/change consent later (e.g. a “Cookie settings” link in the footer that reopens the CMP).
• Meta Pixel should fire after consent and support the ?test_event_code=... parameter, so I can see test and regular events in Meta Events Manager.
• Google Analytics / GA4 should be initialized in a consent-friendly way.
• The solution must not break Webflow interactions or other native scripts.
• Should work on mobile and desktop.
• Marketing / analytics categories are preconfigured.
• Final result is a clean, commented snippet I can paste into Webflow (Head/Footer).

About geo-detection (important):
• This has to run client-side (Webflow hosting).
• I’ve seen Cloudflare’s /cdn-cgi/trace report an EU country for a non-EU IP (because it returns the PoP location), so I’d like a fallback such as ipapi/ipinfo — or your better proposal — to make EU-only targeting very reliable.
• I’m OK with a lightweight&low-budget CMP or another third-party option, as long as the above acceptance criteria are met.

Deliverables:
1. Working Webflow-ready code (with my Meta Pixel ID and GA/GA4 ID plugged in).
2. A quick video showing the testing (EU vs non-EU, Meta Test Events, GA, persistent and withdrawn consent).
