"I already have a working multi-portal e-commerce service-provider platform, complete with live web dashboards and mobile apps. The codebase is stable; what it now needs is a round of functional upgrades.

Scope
Module 1 - Integrate a new payment gateway that supports both one-off transactions and recurring billing plans including adding the payments management feature in the admin portal for transactions and finance activities
Module 2 - Add an advertising / self-serve posting module so vendors/users can promote and/or add their listings inside the existing UI that is within their subscription plan or on an adhoc pay per post method for non subscribed users. This resembles a classifieds type of module.
Module 3 - Build a community forum that plugs into the current user and role system
Module 4 - Build a jobs vacancy section in the home page for both job seekers and employers
Module 5 - Build an advertising section in the user end portal and app including an advertising partner module for managing their advertisements. Advertisements will also require platform operator's approval to publish the advertisements.

We will discuss rates or project fees per module.

Each module must mesh cleanly with the existing authentication, order, follow the current design language, and deploy to both web and mobile without breaking anything already in production. Well-commented code plus a short hand-over document are part of the deliverable.

Everything has to be coded, tested, and pushed live within a month per module, so familiarity with working quickly inside pre-purchased source code is essential." (client-provided description)
