"We are looking for a skilled Web3/Blockchain developer to build a platform featuring secure, token-based reward mechanics. The web UI is fully designed and visually prototyped, providing a strong foundation while allowing room for blockchain integration and modifications.

Project Responsibilities:

- Design and implement smart contracts for token-based rewards.

- Ensure secure, accurate token transactions and distribution.

- Collaborate with the web team to integrate blockchain rewards with the existing UI, including state management and API interactions.

- Test, debug, and optimize smart contracts for performance and security.

Required Skills:

- Experience with Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or similar blockchain platforms.

- Strong knowledge of smart contracts, token standards (ERC-20/ERC-721), and secure transaction handling.

- Experience integrating blockchain solutions with web applications.

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience with play-to-earn or token reward platforms.

- Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) for front-end integration.
