"I have a four–week window to launch a full-featured property-listing platform that works flawlessly on the web and on mobile (iOS and Android). The core experience revolves around showcasing properties to buyers, sellers, and real-estate agents in a clean, modern interface.

Key features I need implemented from day one are advanced search filters (price range, location, number of rooms, etc.) and an interactive map that updates results in real time as users pan or zoom. Smooth performance and intuitive UX across devices are critical.

Deliverables
• Responsive website ready for production hosting
• Companion mobile app submitted to both App Store and Google Play
• Admin/dashboard area to upload listings, manage users, and view analytics
• Clean, well-documented source code and basic deployment instructions

Acceptance criteria

I’m flexible on the tech stack—React, Vue, Angular, Flutter, React Native, or similar—provided it supports fast iteration and can be handed over smoothly for future maintenance. APIs should be RESTful or GraphQL, and a cloud database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) is fine as long as scaling is considered.
