"I’m building a web application from the ground up and need the frontend and backend developed in parallel. The interface must be crafted with React so that every page feels snappy and adapts gracefully to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. On the server side, I’ll rely on Python—whether you reach for Django, FastAPI, or another well-supported framework is up to you—as long as the structure stays clean and scalable.

Core requirements I can’t compromise on are:

• Secure, session-based or token-based user authentication (sign-up, login, password reset).
• Fully responsive design that mirrors the Figma mock-ups across breakpoints.

An internal REST API will power most views; if you set up initial endpoints while wiring the auth flow, that’s a plus, but the immediate priority is getting users registered, logged in, and seeing polished, device-friendly pages.

Deliverables I expect at the first milestone:
1. Git repository with React client and Python server scaffolded and running together.
2. Auth endpoints and corresponding UI forms fully functional.
3. Global styles and components that demonstrate mobile-first responsiveness.
4. A short README detailing environment setup and build/run commands.
