"I’m looking to build a complete e-commerce ecosystem that covers a responsive website plus native apps for both iOS and Android. The store will sell physical goods, so the solution must handle inventory, shipping calculations, and order tracking out of the box.

Core requirements
• Website and mobile apps share a single back-end so catalog changes appear everywhere in real time.
• Clean product listings with variants, high-resolution images, and search/filter tools.
• Cart and checkout flow with credit/debit card processing through a PCI-compliant gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.). I’m open to adding PayPal or crypto later, but cards are essential for the first release.
• Customer accounts, wish-lists, push/email notifications, and basic loyalty points or coupon support.
• Admin dashboard for product management, order fulfillment, and sales analytics.
• Robust security, GDPR-friendly user data handling, and easy scalability for future growth.

Expected deliverables
1. Detailed technical plan and visual mock-ups for web, iOS, and Android.
2. Fully functional prototype connected to a staging server.
3. Production-ready code, well-documented APIs, and deployment scripts.
4. Short hand-off session and basic user guide for my team.

Preferred tech stacks include React or Vue for the front end, Node.js or Django for the back end, and either React Native or Flutter for the mobile apps, but I’m flexible if you can justify an alternative.
