"I’m expanding our 14-year-old regional field service company, Cox Inspections, into four Arizona counties—Apache, Navajo, Coconino, and Yavapai—and I need an on-the-ground partner who can handle quick occupancy checks.

Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: you’ll drive to assigned addresses, open our mobile app on either Android or iPhone, snap a few verification photos, answer a short checklist, and, when required, leave a door card with the occupant. Each stop takes roughly three to five minutes, so the key to solid earnings is efficient routing. A fuel-efficient vehicle and sound mapping skills will make a noticeable difference.

All work uploads through the app, so there’s no paperwork. I fund direct deposits on the 1st and 15th of every month for each verified inspection. Because you’ll interact with homeowners occasionally, a standard background check is mandatory before the first assignment.
