"I’m looking for a solution that can tap straight into a public webpage, understand its DOM on the fly, and pull out the text I care about—specifically the headings, paragraphs, tables, and lists—without missing a beat. The data flow has to be live; as soon as something changes on the page I want my local store or endpoint to reflect it.

Here’s how I see the engagement unfolding:

• First, you’ll analyse the page structure and choose the best approach—native DOM parsing, a headless-browser setup (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium), or another reliable method you’re comfortable with. Stability and low latency are key.

• Next, you’ll build a lightweight extractor that streams the cleaned text in real time. A small proof-of-concept is fine to start, but it must be ready to slot into a broader workflow via REST, WebSocket, or a file drop—whichever is quickest for you to wire up.

• Once deployed, I’ll run it against live traffic for a few days, after which you’ll fine-tune anything that surfaces: new HTML elements, minor structural shifts, rate-limit handling, error logging, etc.

Deliverables
1. Source code with clear setup notes (language of your choice).
2. A short README covering dependencies and how to run or embed the tool.
3. One follow-up refinement round after the initial deployment window.
