"My WordPress site needs a full rebuild using the native Gutenberg block editor, followed by targeted WooCommerce tweaks and image clean-up.

Here’s the scope I have in mind:

• Recreate every existing page, template, and section in Gutenberg so I can work with blocks instead of shortcodes or page-builder code.
• Set up reusable block patterns and global styles to keep future edits consistent.
• Restructure WooCommerce so products sit in clearer, more logical categories—better product categorization is the priority. A smoother sidebar or menu experience would be a welcome extra if it happens naturally.
• Optimize all images (product and media library) for size and format, implement lazy loading, and ensure no visual quality is lost.

I’ll provide current theme files, product data, and access to the staging server. Final delivery is a fully block-based site ready to push live, with category updates and optimized assets already in place.
