"I have a clean three-page design template ready (Home, Work, About) and all copy and images prepared. What I need is a developer/designer who can turn that template into a live, responsive artist portfolio site that looks pixel-perfect on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Key tasks
• Build out the pages exactly to the provided layout and visual references.
• Make the site fast-loading, SEO-friendly, and fully responsive.
• Connect the finished site to my existing domain.
• Set things up so I can easily update gallery items and text later. A lightweight CMS or no-code editor is fine—I have no specific platform preference.
Have image details pop up when you hover mouse over images. And add an option to click on the image, for it to enlarge, and to have a left right scroll option.

Deliverables
1. Fully functioning website matching the approved design.
2. Mobile-first responsiveness and basic on-page SEO (titles, meta, image alt text).
3. Domain connection and a quick walkthrough (video or short guide) showing how to add new work or edit text.
