"I am seeking to completely redesign our current website to ensure it meets modern web standards and accurately reflects our brand identity. The goal is to create a visually appealing, user-friendly site that aligns with modern web standards, boosts user engagement, and supports our brand values. This is Milestone 1: a complete visual and structural redesign leveraging scalable, secure technologies, with a CMS at the core so my in-house team can publish new content without touching code. We’re looking for a partner committed to ongoing maintenance, feature improvements, security updates, and performance optimization.

Our requirements include:
• Discovery & Planning: Conduct an audit of the existing site, develop technology stack recommendations, and collaborate on wireframing and sitemap design.
• Design: Deliver a responsive layout with optimized high-resolution media, clean typography, balanced white space, and a unified color scheme consistent with our branding.
• Modern Front-End Development: Create sophisticated layouts using HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, and a component-based JavaScript framework such as [login to view URL], Vue, or equivalent.
• Back-End Development: Implement a scalable architecture with efficient database management, effective caching strategies, and version control.
• CMS Integration: Configure a content management system enabling editors to efficiently handle pages, multimedia assets, and metadata.
