"I am looking for a Windows-desktop developer who can turn my “printer” into a WhatsApp sender. Once your driver is installed it should appear in the regular print dialog; any document routed to it must be turned into a PDF and, instead of going to paper, open a small dialog that lets the operator type the customer’s phone number and hit Send. The PDF then has to travel straight to the customer through my existing WhatsApp Line integration.

During first-time setup the application needs a simple three-field form so the user can drop in the credentials specified in the official integration guide I will provide. After that, the main window should always show a tiny status indicator—green when the account is connected, red when it is not—and expose a Reconnect button that forces a new login when required.

The program must run on Windows 8, 8.1, 10, and 11, packaged in a one-click installer. Feel free to use C#/WPF, C++/Qt, or another native approach as long as the final experience is seamless and signed. PDF generation, WhatsApp message hand-off, and the virtual printer driver itself all have to be automated; no external prompts should appear beyond the phone-number dialog.
