"Project Requirements Summary: Startup ERP System
Primary Objective: We are a startup seeking a competitive, all-in-one Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The system must be fully compliant with Saudi Arabia's Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements and feature comprehensive integration with the "Salla" e-commerce platform.
1. Core Modules Required
We require a comprehensive system that includes, at a minimum, the following modules:
Accounting: To manage all financial and tax-related operations.
Inventory Management: To track stock levels across all locations.
Purchasing: To manage purchase orders and suppliers.
Point of Sale (POS): For direct in-store sales.
2. Technical Requirements & Key Features
Integrations:
ZATCA Compliance: The system must be 100% compliant and certified for ZATCA's e-invoicing (Fatoorah) mandate, including API integration.
Salla Integration: Full and seamless integration with the Salla platform.
Supplier Analytics: The ability to pull data and analytics from supplier stores.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Comprehensive management of all warehouses, stores, or locations we supply (e.g., gyms).
Low-stock alert system (Example: an alert when a gym needs a restock of products).
Creation and management of multiple Price Lists.
Sales & Customer Management (B2B & B2C):
Ability to attach contracts to customer profiles (via: Sales -> Customers).
Review, create, and manage invoices.
Record detailed sales data for specific clients (e.g., tracking volume and price of sales to HungerStation).
Log payment entries.
Barcode Support: Scanning a product in-store should automatically register it as a sale in the system.
Accounting & Tax:
Value Added Tax (VAT) must be automatically and accurately calculated and applied.
3. Service, Support, & Implementation Requirements
Full Setup & Onboarding: We expect the provider to assist with the complete setup:
Configuring all required modules (Accounting, Inventory, etc.).
Setting up the Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software.
Importing our product data (for both B2C and B2B).
Comprehensive Training: The proposal must include full team training on:
How to process sales using the system.
How to create and manage invoices.
How to run the software and manage daily operations.
Automation: All integrated components must be fully automated to work seamlessly together.
Free Dashboard: A complimentary dashboard is required for monitoring the company's financial health, key results, and incoming bills." (client-provided description)
