Core goals
• Seamless Microsoft Teams video-conferencing that launches with one tap on the ThinkSmart Hub.
• Instant presentation display switch-over, whether the file is a PowerPoint, PDF, or Google Slides deck opened from a local USB drive or a shared network folder.

Desired outcome
A lightweight, reliable application or scripted configuration that runs on the ThinkSmart Hub’s Windows IoT environment and coordinates the built-in camera, speakers, and display. The solution should:
1. Detect when a Teams meeting is scheduled and prepare the room hardware automatically.
2. Offer a clean on-screen menu for presenters to choose their file and start projecting without extra clicks.
3. Handle PowerPoint, PDF, and Google Slides natively—no external conversion steps.
4. Return the room to its idle state when the session ends.

I’ll provide remote access to a test hub plus existing admin credentials. Source code, documentation for deployment on additional rooms, and a brief user guide are expected.
