"I need a single CRM that my internal team can open on a phone, tablet, or desktop and use as their one-stop “dealing desk.” The heart of the system is a loan calculator that instantly shows payment, APR, and total cost for terms ranging anywhere from 12 to 96 months. Around that calculator I want basic customer management: create a contact, store notes, tag leads, and pull that data straight into the calculation screen so reps never have to re-key anything.

The workflow should feel seamless: a rep enters or selects a customer, tweaks loan amount and term, and the app returns payment schedules plus a quick quotation sheet they can email or download. Because only employees will sign in, authentication can stay simple but must still be secure (think role-based access, enforced strong passwords, optional SSO if it keeps effort reasonable).

What I expect to receive
• Installable builds for mobile (iOS & Android) and desktop or a single responsive PWA that behaves like a native app on all three form factors.
• Source code, build instructions, and a small admin guide.
• A tested loan engine that matches standard amortization formulas and clearly separates the APR calculation so it can be audited.
• A lightweight database (cloud or on-prem) with export capability for our finance department.
