"I already have a working concept for an IPTV-centric television application and now need it turned into a polished, store-ready product on Android TV, Apple TV (tvOS), Roku, and Samsung Tizen. The core of the app is seamless IPTV server integration—channel list management, EPG support, and smooth HLS/DASH playback—yet the experience must feel completely native on each platform.

Beyond that essential streaming layer, I want users to:
• share their screen in real time,
• launch a group-watch session with live text chat,
• toggle one-to-one or group video chat.

Camera handling is flexible: the app should recognise built-in or USB cameras on the TV itself and fall back to an iOS or Android phone camera whenever the handset is connected to the same account. All communication features must stay in sync with the main video feed.

Optimisation for remotes, voice control where available, and the varying UI guidelines of Google TV, tvOS, Roku OS, and Tizen is crucial. I am open to a single codebase (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.) so long as final binaries feel like first-class citizens on each store.

Deliverables
• Source code with clear build instructions

• Documentation of the IPTV integration endpoints and any third-party services used

Acceptance criteria
• Streams from my IPTV server play continuously for 24 h without buffer drops
• Screen sharing maintains 1080p at 30 fps on a 20 Mb/s connection
• Chat and video calls stay <200 ms out of sync with the main stream on typical home broadband
• All four stores accept the build with no policy violations
