"This project centers on turning a flat CSV export from Menu Magic—about 8,000 recipes—into a clean, single-user Microsoft Access application that my wife can run on her Windows 11 PC (Microsoft 365). All data is already in place; what’s missing is a user-friendly front end and a few key utilities.

Core functionality
• One polished, single scrolling form that handles both new-recipe entry and updates.
• Fast search by ingredient or by recipe name (searches/filters TBD), with clear results that open directly into the same form.
• Print output set to “one recipe per page” so she can slip a sheet into the kitchen binder without tweaks.
• Ability to associate pictures and web URLs with each recipe and content should be viewable within the form and printed output.

Quality expectations
Quality is important in terms of look and feel, functionality and performance. I will thoroughly test the app.

Knowledge transfer
Because I have a strong IT background, a brief run-through (screen-share or concise video) that walks me through the objects, macros, and any custom code will be enough for future maintenance. Think of it as handing over the keys with a quick tour.

Communication & collaboration
Looking for someone who communicates well. Looking for 1 - 2 day response (via email, chat app or cell phone text) so we can keep things moving and collaborate. I'm in the United States pacific time-zone.

Have small job to build a single user MS Access recipe app. This is for my wife to use on her Windows 11 PC using MS 365. Have 8000 recipes imported from a Menu Magic csv file. High level requirements: 1) Want 1 nice form for data entry/update, 2) ability to search/filter and print a recipe, 3) very good value for the cost of services, 4) high quality, 5) small amount of training for me so I can maintain the app/database (I have a heavy IT background)."
