"I have developed a Google Chat bot using Google Apps Script with a slash command (e.g., /got) designed to display an interactive form for outage reporting. The form collects details such as Title, Priority, Description, Date & Time, and Status, and upon submission, it should post a formatted message back to the Chat space and log data into a Google [login to view URL], the bot triggers successfully (logs show the slash command is detected), but it does not respond or send any message back in Google Chat. The Apps Script does not throw any obvious errors in the logs, but the user sees “bot not responding” in the chat." (client-provided description)
