"I’m launching a modern, user-friendly property listing portal and need an experienced full-stack partner who can take it from concept to a fully functional web app.

What I have in mind
• Frontend in React.js or SEO-oriented [login to view URL] with a responsive UI.
• Backend in either Node.js or Laravel—whichever you’re most comfortable scaling and securing.
• Separate access levels for agents, buyers, and an admin, each with its own dashboard.
• Property listings that support multiple photos, price, categories, and an embedded map pin. I’m flexible on the mapping provider—Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, or Mapbox, as long as it’s accurate and quick to load.
• Advanced search and filter options so users can slice results by location, price range, bedrooms, and other key attributes.
• “Save to favorites” for logged-in users, plus email notifications on new matches.
• A mobile-first layout that feels native on phones and tablets.

What you’ll deliver
1. A functional prototype hosted on your staging server for review.
2. Clean, modular code (frontend, backend, database schema) pushed to my private repo.
3. Basic CI/CD script or step-by-step deployment guide so I can spin it up on a VPS or managed host.
4. Brief documentation covering setup, environment variables, and how to extend modules.

What I’m looking for in you
• Demonstrable experience building comparable marketplace or real-estate platforms.
• Solid grasp of secure user authentication; I’ll start with email + password and am open to adding social login or 2FA once the core is stable.
• Clear, timely communication and a realistic schedule with milestone check-ins.
