"I’m looking for a developer who can put together a basic, browser-based webpage builder that lets me create and edit pages through a clean drag-and-drop or block interface. I only need the core functions working for now—think of it as an initial proof of concept I can demo and refine later.

Key goals
• Build a lightweight web application that runs smoothly on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
• Include essential components: text blocks, images, buttons, and simple layout sections that can be rearranged visually.
• Generate clean, exportable HTML/CSS so the pages can be hosted anywhere.
• Keep the interface responsive so it feels comfortable on desktop and on mobile browsers (both iOS and Android).

I already have ideas for the overall look and flow; once you’re on board I’ll walk you through them personally. For now, please share:
- A brief outline of the tech stack you’d use (JavaScript framework, CSS approach, any open-source builders you’d leverage).
