"I’m building a real-time streaming platform that lets politicians broadcast live, see their audience, and respond instantly. Viewers must be able to join a session on either Android or iOS, watch without noticeable delay, post comments in a scrolling feed, and submit questions that the host can answer on air.

Because cross-platform speed matters as much as cost, I prefer a single code base in Flutter or React Native. I’ll rely on your recommendation for the rest of the stack—whether that’s WebRTC, HLS with a media server, or a managed service such as AWS IVS—so long as latency stays low and the system scales gracefully on busy campaign nights.

Security comes first. Users will sign in with biometrics (Touch ID / Face ID) after their initial email-based registration. Streams must be encrypted end-to-end and protected against unauthorized recording or restreaming.

Deliverables I expect:
