"I’m ready to build a unified HRMS solution and need a developer who can take it from concept to a functional prototype that runs smoothly on the web, desktop, and mobile.

The scope
• Core modules: payroll management, employee attendance tracking, and recruitment management—all tied to a single database with role-based access control.
• Platforms: browser-based UI, an installable desktop client (Windows preferred), and a companion mobile app for Android and iOS so employees can clock in/out or view payslips on the go.
• Sync & security: real-time data sync across platforms, encrypted connections, GDPR-friendly data handling, and basic audit logs.
• Admin console: simple dashboard for HR to add employees, configure pay cycles, approve leave, and export reports to CSV/PDF.

What I expect
1. A clear technical stack proposal and project timeline.
2. Wireframes or quick mock-ups for each platform so we can lock the UX early.
3. An incremental build: start with a working payroll module, then layer in attendance, followed by recruitment.
4. Source code in a Git repo with concise documentation and a hand-off guide.
5. A short walkthrough video or live demo showing the prototype in action.
