"I need an MVP for a live-auction website that can handle multiple item categories—collectibles, real estate, electronics, and anything else I choose to list. The first release should focus on core functionality only, keeping development time and cost lean.

Key requirements
• User roles: Buyers and Auctioneers with separate dashboards and secure sign-up / log-in.
• Item setup: Auctioneer creates a listing, sets starting price, bid increment, start/end time.
• Live bidding: Real-time bid buttons that instantly update the current price for every visitor (WebSocket or equivalent).
• Basic admin: Simple panel where I can suspend users, close auctions, or edit item details.
• Responsive layout: Works smoothly on mobile and desktop.

Nice-to-have (if time allows within the same build): category filters, countdown timer on each auction card, and a straightforward payment placeholder so the winning bid can be marked as paid later.
