"My Drupal site has suddenly gone offline and now only shows the generic message: “The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.” The last change I made before the crash was installing a new module to issue a webform; I later deleted that form. I’m not sure whether the trouble started immediately afterward or crept in later, but the site has been unreachable since.

I need someone to get the site back online, identify exactly what went wrong, and make sure the same failure can’t happen again. Access to the codebase, database, and hosting control panel is available, and I’m comfortable providing SSH or Drush access if that speeds things up.

Please diagnose the root cause, repair any corrupted files or database entries, disable or patch the offending module if needed, and confirm the site loads normally for both authenticated and anonymous users.
