"I have an idea for a dynamic WordPress site that will serve the U.S. commercial transportation community and I’m ready to turn it into a working membership platform. The core build starts with 20 billable hours to be finished no later than November 15, 2025, and I expect the collaboration to stretch far beyond that once the foundation proves solid.

Here is what I need from you:

• A clean, responsive WordPress installation (plugins and custom code where appropriate) that supports free membership. Users must be able to create profiles, choose among tiered subscription options—even though no payment gateway is required—and access members-only resources once logged in.
• A structure that lets me post industry-specific articles, documents, and real-time information behind the member wall.
• Solid SEO fundamentals baked in from the beginning, along with robust security hardening and a well-organized, scalable MySQL database.
• Geo-tracking capabilities so I can, for example, display location-aware content or pinpoint carriers on a map, plus the ability to pull targeted RSS feeds and display them seamlessly on the site.

I work primarily between 07:00 and 23:00 Eastern (U.S.) and need straightforward English communication during those hours. Reliable, private internet access is non-negotiable—you’ll be pushing code and content frequently, and we can’t afford downtime.
