I’m looking for a web designer/developer to create a modern, clean, and reusable real estate landing page similar in style to the Lindvest Klein Estates Townhome Collection page:

This landing page will serve as a base layout for multiple upcoming pre-construction projects, so I need a WordPress Elementor template that can be easily duplicated and edited.
The focus is on strong visuals, simple navigation, and a professional real estate look.

Design Direction (Layout Overview):
1. Hero Section (Top Banner)

Large background image or looping video of the project

Project name and tagline (e.g., “Luxury Townhomes in Vaughan”)

Prominent “Register Now” or “View Floorplans” button

Smooth fade-in text or scroll animation

2. Project Overview

Short description of the project (location, highlights, builder info)

Optional highlight bar with price range, unit type, or completion year
