"I need a basic cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that lets my team run our day-to-day transport work from one screen.

How I work today
• The purchase department raises an indent for roughly 15–20 vehicles each day.
• We lift material to multiple destinations and hire several independent transporters.
• Every transporter now emails or calls in their vehicle number, GR number, freight, vendor name, route details, and separate PDFs for bills and LR receipts—too scattered to track.

What the app must do first
1. Three user roles—Admin, Transporter, and Purchase department—with simple log-ins.
2. A Transporter form where they enter vehicle no., GR no., freight, vendor name, from-to location, and attach or auto-generate a PDF bill and receipted LR.
3. Real-time dispatch status updates plus billing & receipt confirmation notifications to the right role.
4. A searchable list so Admin or Purchase can see every daily movement in one place.

Scope for this phase
I’m looking for a working prototype that covers the core screens, basic role permissions, and PDF export. A clean UI, even if minimal, is fine; reliability of data capture matters more. If you can build with Flutter, React Native, or any framework that ships to both iOS and Android quickly, that’s perfect.

Once this foundation is solid, I’ll consider adding advanced analytics and automated freight calculations, but for now keep it lean so we can deploy fast and learn." (client-provided description)
