"I’m looking for a front-end developer who can turn my vision for a creative, fully responsive portfolio into clean, well-structured HTML and CSS.

Scope
• Build a one-page (or light multi-page, if that’s cleaner) site focused on showcasing my projects, but for launch I only need these sections visible:
– About Me
– Contact Information (working form or mail-to link)
• Layout must adapt smoothly from mobile to large desktop and pass common responsiveness checks (Chrome DevTools, Safari, Firefox).
• Overall tone should feel creative rather than strict minimalist; think bold typography, interesting color accents, and subtle hover effects—while still keeping load time low.
• Vanilla HTML5 and CSS3 only; you’re free to add a dash of CSS Grid/Flexbox and lightweight animations. No heavy frameworks.

Deliverables
1. Fully commented source code (HTML, CSS, any asset files)
2. A brief read-me explaining folder structure and how to add new project tiles when I’m ready to expand the gallery section later.
3. Live demo link or screenshot set to confirm responsiveness across breakpoints.
