"I have a completed Figma mock-up for a 10-screen page and need it translated into clean, well-structured code. The page must be pixel-perfect, fully responsive and, most importantly, display correctly in every major browser including older versions and IE11 so please plan for graceful degradation or lightweight polypills where needed.

Subtle hover effects are part of the design, so I’ll rely on your vanilla JavaScript or minimal-library skills to reproduce them without bloating load times. Keep CSS modular (BEM or similar), place all scripts unobtrusively, and optimize any images or fonts you export from Figma.

Deliverables
• 10 HTML file reflecting the exact layout
• Separate, documented CSS file(s)
• JavaScript file(s) handling hover interactions
• Optimized assets and any polyfills in a tidy folder structure
