"An Educational Institute with 15-16 teachers (may be more) want a dedicated Android app that keeps everything—classes, projects, and resources—under one roof.

Core features to build
• Class scheduling: let me create, edit, and publish daily, weekly, or monthly timetables for each teacher.
• Project submission platform: students should be able to upload assignments and receive feedback inside the app.
• Information exchange hub: announcements or quick messages visible to all enrolled students.
• Notes distribution: PDFs, images, or DOCs downloadable straight from the app.
• Attendance tracking: teachers mark attendance; or gets marked by geolocation, I review summaries anytime. also has geotagged attendance of teachers.
• YouTube link sharing: post a video link, have it open in-app or in the YouTube app.

Nice-to-have
Payment integration for fee collection is on my roadmap, so structure the codebase with room for that module.

Expectations and deliverables
1. Fully functional APK plus clean, well-commented source code.
2. Simple admin console (web or in-app) where I add teachers, classes, and content without touching the code.
3. Student interface that is intuitive and works on Android 8.0 and above.
4. Initial data setup for one batch so I can see everything live.
5. Basic documentation: setup guide, how to add future features, and API keys list.

Use any modern stack you prefer—Firebase, Kotlin, Java, or Flutter—as long as performance is smooth and future updates are straightforward.
