"I am preparing the next development sprint for our MumlyAPP ecosystem and I need a clear, implementation-ready Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) for the Parent Mobile Application. The app works alongside five other independent platforms—School MIS, Tutor Management, After-School Activities, Bus Fleet, and the Admin Dashboard—through a single OpenAPI Gateway with a shared data, logging and notification layer.

Your document must translate the high-level concept into a set of precise, testable requirements that any mobile team can pick up without further clarification.
