"I’m building a lean, focused website where visitors can check live exchange rates and instantly convert between major currencies. The goal is an initial, no-frills release that does four things well:

• Stream a reliable feed of real-time exchange rates
• Offer a fast, responsive currency converter tool
• Let users set simple email or in-browser alerts when a chosen rate hits their target
• Display headline-style currency news and brief market updates pulled from a public API

I don’t need full transaction processing or advanced account features at this stage—just a clean, mobile-friendly front end and a straightforward admin panel where I can manage API keys, supported currencies, and alert thresholds.

Please build with widely supported technologies (React or plain HTML/CSS/JS paired with a lightweight backend such as Node, Python Flask, or PHP—whichever you’re quickest with). Code must be well-commented and ready for easy hand-off so I can expand later into travel packages.

Deliverables:
1. Working MVP hosted on my test server
2. Source code and brief setup instructions
3. A short read-me explaining where to update API credentials and basic styling
