"Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced CRM Developer to help enhance, fix, and integrate multiple systems into our platform. The goal is to improve performance, add new integrations (SMS, email, VoIP, analytics), and ensure the CRM runs smoothly for our internal and client-facing teams. You’ll work closely with our team to deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly solution.
Responsibilities:
Audit and fix bugs or performance issues in the current CRM system.
Enhance and modernize the UI/UX for a smoother and more responsive user experience.
Build and implement integrations with third-party platforms, including:
SMS and voice APIs (Twilio, Plivo, etc.)
Email services (SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.)
Reporting and analytics tools
Webhooks and API connectors to external systems (finance, marketing, or automation tools)
Ensure database reliability, data security, and role-based access control.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure all features work seamlessly.
Provide technical support or handover to the internal team upon completion.
Requirements
Proven experience developing or maintaining CRM systems or similar SaaS applications.
Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end web development (please specify your stack: e.g., Node.js, Laravel, React, etc.).
Experience integrating APIs and managing webhooks.
Solid understanding of database management
Familiarity with telephony/SMS and email marketing integrations.
Strong knowledge of web security principles and authentication systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
