"I’m launching a brand-new web development company and need a simple, clean, one-page WordPress site that puts our services front and center. The goal is to provide clear information about what we offer and make it effortless for visitors to reach out.

My budget is $200 for this, but what I am expecting is simplicity and I will provide the text/copy, you will provide the template and visuals assets.

Template is fine --- Help me find a clean one - Give me good Paralax examples when you put your Bid in.

WHOEVER I SELECT FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ALSO BECOME MY DEVELOPER FOR ALL MY CLIENTS MOVING FORWARD. THIS IS A HUGE OPPORTUNITY.

IN THE PAST, I RAN AN OFF-SHORE WEB DEVELOPMENT COMPANY THAT GREW VERY BIG. I SOLD MY STAKE IN THE COMPANY IN 2003 AND THEN GOT MARRIED.

I WILL LIKELY NEED A HAND-FULL OF RESOURCES TO HELP ME IN THE NEAR FUTURE, SO EVEN IF YOU DON'T WIN THIS, I WILL KEEP YOU ON MY SHORT-LIST OF DESIGNERS WHO I CAN BRING IN TO DIFFERENT PROJECTS WHEN WE GET MORE THAN ONE AT THE SAME TIME.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Parallax one-page layout built on WordPress (using a lightweight template is perfectly fine).
• Sections on that single page for:
– Introduction / company overview
– Service highlights with concise descriptions and pricing tables
– A small portfolio sampler/SLIDER to showcase a few projects
– Client testimonials slider
– Lead-capture contact form
• Basic blog set-up (can be a separate WordPress page linked from the main menu).
• Responsive design, fast loading, and an uncluttered, professional look.
• Deployment on my hosting plus a short hand-off guide so I can update text, images, and prices on my own.

The scope is intentionally lean—no custom theme from scratch, just a well-chosen template, clean configuration, and content placement.
