"We are looking for an experienced individual freelancer (no agencies please) to fix a few website crawling and form issues across our WordPress Blog and PHP main site.

Our websites are:
Main site: Built in PHP
Blog site: Built in WordPress

You will be required to connect via AnyDesk to perform all fixes.
Note: We will not share any credentials directly due to security policies.

Project Scope / Requirements:
1. Fix 404 Errors due to Unnecessary URLs (WordPress Blog): The blog site is generating non-existent URLs during crawling, causing multiple 404 errors. Need to identify and fix the cause of these unnecessary URL generations.
Example: URLs with random extensions or structures not present in the site.

2. Fix 404 Errors due to “mail” URLs (PHP Site): During crawling, URLs containing the word "mail" are getting created and result in 404 errors. Need to locate and prevent these unnecessary URLs from being generated.

3. Fix “www” and Tag-based URL Errors (WordPress Blog): The blog site (WordPress) is creating URLs containing “www” and appending extra tags or keywords at the end of valid URLs. Need to correct canonical and redirection rules to stop this issue.

4. Fix “Request a Call Back” Form Error (PHP Site): The “Request a Call Back” form currently throws an error upon clicking Submit. Need to ensure that: The form successfully submits without error. An email notification is received with all the filled-in details after submission.

Access & Work Terms:
Work to be done only via AnyDesk (screen sharing session).
We will not share admin or hosting credentials.
Freelancer must be available for real-time troubleshooting and testing during the session.

Expected Deliverables:
All 404 issues fixed and verified through crawl validation.
Request a Call Back form fully functional and tested with email delivery confirmation.
