"I’m building a customer-facing portal for accounting practice in Bubble that streamlines document handling and support while exchanging data with several external apps through a robust API layer.

Scope
• Secure user authentication with role-based access (customer, admin, support).
• Document management module:
– Upload documents by end costumer (invoices sent, invoices received, other)
– Download documenta posted by our staff (reports, tax filling, other)
– Share documents with specific users or groups.
– Clean, searchable repository with basic version history.
• Support center:
– Ticket system with status tracking, internal notes, and email notifications.
– Self-service FAQ/knowledge base that I can update from an admin dashboard.
• API work:
– RESTful endpoints so my other SaaS tools can push/pull customer and ticket data.
– Outbound calls/webhooks to at least two external apps (CRM and accounting platform are my initial targets).
• Responsive UI that matches my existing brand palette.
• Admin back-office to manage users, permissions, documents, FAQs, and view API logs.
• Technical hand-off: Bubble editor access, API documentation (Swagger or equivalent), and a short Loom walkthrough.

Key expectations
– Built natively in Bubble or similar no/lowcode using best-practice workflows, data privacy rules, and reusable elements.
– Clean, commented logic so I can extend features later.
– Final deliverable passes functional testing on desktop and mobile, plus a brief UAT cycle with my team.
