"Background: We are a 40 year old travel-management company that lives entirely on Salesforce, and every client-facing document we generate comes out of Conga Composer. Right now the content is fine, but the layouts needs to be modernized and optimized.

What we need:

1. Design and Efficiency:
First, audit our existing Conga templates for invoices, travel itineraries, and letters of agreement.
Then reformat them so each document flows logically, with cleanly reorganised sections, consistent headers and footers, and solid spacing and alignment.
While doing this, keep an eye on overall visual appeal and utility; I’m open to subtle branding touches or smart conditional logic that hides unused sections.

2. APP:
Once the templates are in great shape, I also want a companion mobile experience. Whether you choose Salesforce Mobile SDK, a set of Lightning Web Components packaged for mobile, or another proven approach, the end result should let my clients pull up their itinerary, invoice, or agreement on any phone, complete with the same crisp layout you designed for PDF. We do not want communication with client via app.

Timeline:
1. First Phase: Update and Modernize and optimized templates used in Salesforce - deadline January, 2026
2. Second Phase: App - deadline March 2026.
